Father expired. Total 7 children’s (4sons and 3 daughters). Property goes to wife. She along with all sons appoint one of the son as GPA holder and forms a layout consisting of 166 sites. All 4 sons have sold the entire layout to outsiders with their respective signatures in January 2004. All 3 daughters were married while all these happened and were residing at husbands house. It’s now 10 years and majority houses have already been built and are still being constructed.

Question: can the daughter claim for their share now. If the daughter can claim will she have to put a case on her brothers and mom or can she put case directly on site residents ?
