My father in law has given money 30 Lakhs to his friend (Real Estate Buisness person) against to the property mortage option. We registered the mortage document. In that he has to give back the money within 1 year along with Rs.2 interest for every 100 Rs. Monthly. Also agreement period is finished. He didn’t give single rupees to us so far. Everytime he ask stupid excuses. He has worthy properties to pay back our money. We feel he intend to cheat. We are highly depressed and looking for law support to get back our money.
