The apartment builder in the neighbouring plot has been drilling into the rocks ,which are one or two feet below the surface .the vibrations have caused a leak.further he has violated the 2 metre border which is mandatory while digging thus endangering the bungalow on my side which is 15 yrs old.what action should I follow?
