I was in a relationship with a girl for 3 years. We later decided to breakup with a mutual understanding 6 months back. I’m now engaged to some other girl and we are planning to get married soon. Now, my old girl friend is blackmailing me to marry her. And she is sending the photos we took few years back to many of my friends. I’m mentally disturbed by her act. Does India laws allow me to sue her?? If yes, can you provide me in which section I can file on her. Also, she is threatening me now that she will file legal case on cheating on her.
