We had a good relationship for total around 2.5 years and had few hotel night outs having foreplay without intercourse. At that point of time, I wanted to marry her but then later my father passed away.. but she always kept bringing up our marriage inspite of my difficult times of my life and got abusive at some times.

This made me lose my love for her slowly due to her constant nagging without understanding my situation and one year later, we are breaking up. I’m worried if she can file any legal complaint against me.
