I joined company A located in Mumbai and worked for its client company B in Gurgaon. When my project get over I came into bench. My parent company didn’t shared my profile and I was not interviewed for any other project. Now I didn’t get salary for last month. They said they have decided LWP for me so that I can get experience certificate till the time I get job in any company. In offer letter they have not mentioned anywhere that I won’t be paid during my bench period.I asked this question before joining in our telephonic conversation at that time they assured me that I am permanent employee of A and will be treated equally and I’ll get the salary as well. Today I am on bench because they didn’t provided me project. I have told them my preferred location for project is Noida but in case of project not available in this location I am open for gurgaon location as well. I asked them to deploy me on any of their clients and not only company ‘B’. Please suggest what can I do now. I had these discussions with my HR.
