I am staying in pg in Mumbai. Its Ibkh house. Landlady is staying with us. We are 2 girls who stays with her as pg. Now suddenly she is going Australia. I was paying rent only for staying 6500.( no fooding facilities, just tea or coffee we can make and no press allowed).Now she demands to pay Rs 7500 rent + gas+ house maid+ electricity. We stay in the hall, which is most frequently used by her guest or she herself use it. No privacy. As she is going Australia and increasing rent with 6 month. So I decided to shift pg. I confirmed her the same that I will change pg. Now she is not paying back me the advance Rs 6000. There is no agreement which was made . I came through broker. Land owner she says you have to give one month notice. Its already from 1 month she know I will leave pg , on 24 Aug I said will shift on 3 sep.Before on 15 or 16 Aug I will leave pg. But now she is not returning me advance.

Please suggest shall I put police complain .
