Dear Sir,

This is regarding the issue on ancestral property thatwas portioned before 2.5 years .. my grand father had 2 son and 1 daughter , while in early age he passed away.. now their children ( 2 son and one daughter ) has decided for partition. my father is the elder son and he is quite drunk addict , using this opportunity without my family knowledge , uncle and aunt’s son got signed and made partion . after that when I see the deed it was useless , all invaluable property came to us . so trying for that partiotion deed to be set aside and prove that document is invalid .. while this situation they both are going to transfer their share to their wife and husband to prove that partion they made was valid . having this scenario is that possible to set aside the invalid deed and make new partion of equal share. please advise.
