Can I sue a person who is not returning money which I given him at Mumbai now I am at bihar . his given chques are bouncing in Bihar sir. But chques ate from Mumbai branch. He bounced more than 50 chques sir. Now he is not picking phone or replying sir. Money has been given from my credit card sir on brotherhood basis.
