Dear sir

I have given money to my friend from my credit card but he is not returning now.He bounced chque so many times. What to do sir. I am frusted with asking for my money sir. I have given money in Mumbai now I shifted to Bihar. While coming he gave me chques but he is repeatitly bouncing chques sir. Kindly advise me sir.
