Hi,

I seek legal advice.my dads brother is damaging our property(we have the pakka original proof for it and the land is in my dads name).it is agricultural land and they damaged all the pipes,motors,bore,even the land was in their control and threteaning all the people entering our land.They behave lika a rowdies and they not even allowing us to walk into our own property.Too much violence is going on.We have all the proofs and still they behave like a pshycho.We are seriuosly confused.And there is no action taken by police and ruling party support is there.Even we complained about the local police to the higher official and there is no action at all. how can we proceed for this issue? is there anything we can move through court quickly? we cant even able to live in our own place? it is terrible.
