Can the vendor - a partnership firm, registered with Form-C having 3 partners, be represented by only 2 partners in executing a sale-deed ? This is for property registration purposes. Isn’t the 3rd partner also mandatory ?

It is clear that the registration will go through without problems, but does this result in effective title transfer, or can this be contested by the 3rd partner ?

Can a NOC from the 3rd partner, in such a case, be the remedy ?
