Hi Everyone. My Grandfather owns some Agriculture(Ancestral) land. He is now about 100 years old and residing with one of my uncle. One of my uncle(Not that with which he is residing) is now planning to sell that land and want all the money himself. As my grandfather is under his influence,he is abiding by him. My father and my another Uncle is opposing this. Is there a legal way to stop my Uncle from selling or getting our share of land? Thanks For Your Time. Best Regards
