Sir, My Crl. Writ Petition has been dismissed by the Single Bench of Hon’ble High Court. Can I go for Crl. Revision or Crl. Appeal or should I go to the Supreme Court for SLP? I am very confused, not able to decide. As I have also filed a Application of modification of the passed order by the hon’ble single judge but unfortunately, it is dismissed too.pl guide me as soon as possible and in time period to file a revision/appeal petition also. Are we restricted to any time period? pl guide and help me.
