There is land in karnataka which was first owned by grand mother and she made a will in the name of two daughters one married and another one minor after this the children of elder daughter they got their share from their mother . coming to younger one she died after marriage in 1989. the husband married immediately afer her death and in 1993 went to the village and changed the khata in his name now the children want their share of thier mothers property what can be done, and even can the husband without even khatha changed to their mothers name change the khatha in his name
