Well you have not mentioned what documents you have firdt of all check whethe you have

a register copy of sale deeed

b Any agreement copy

Even if you have not got those documents go to the sub- register office and get the Encumberence certificate of the said property and then proceed with the duplicate document collection app;y for thosr documents in E.C.

Secondary you have said that electricity bill dont worry once you get the documents in duploicate from the registered office you can trnsfer in your name

Thank you for your reply. He only found Power of Attorney, a will paper and a paper that has 11 points mentioning how you can use the property, u can gift it, change attorney and everything etc. But he does not have a file number on top of any paper. So can we can get the file number from the registrar office? Nobody in DDA is willing to help him.
