I have purchased a flat in redevelopment project. However post receipt of the OC builder has done lateration in some of the flats and trying to construct even shops in parking area as per plan. Old society is not taking any written action, only time pass meeting with old members.

Can new purchaser of the saleable falt can take action against the builder and society for not taking any action.
