My grandmother had land in Ahmedabad, had three sons ( my father is one of son) and 2 daughters. The land passed to three brothers and all of them resides abroad. My cousins from my two uncles also lives in USA went to India and sold this land without my father’s consent back in December 2013. We just found out this matter. Please advice us what should we do? My father is very old and sick person lives in USA. Should we all go to india and file a case? We can’t stay more than few weeks in India. Could my father give Power of Attorney to someone in India and can that person file the case against my cousins?
