I own a house in Bellary, Karnataka. I purchased this property in 2007 from my elder sister and got mutated in my name and payed the house tax till 2015

Currently i stay in Bangalore and in 2011 my sister has let out the house to some person and collecting the rent since then.

There is problem now, we had some differences and she is insisting me to give back the property to her as the value is more now, i have told her i will not be giving back the property.

Currently i am not getting the rent from tenant, as my sister is collecting from him. My sister is threatening me, if i collect rent or try to enter my house.

Now i need to vacate the tenant and i have not made any kind of agreement with him.

How to vacate him

1. Goto Police station and file FIR?

2. Send notice through court?
