Hi i have a friend who was dating a guy long back. That guy got married to someone else but yet calls up my friend when she asked him not to call he stopped but after a year he messaged her and called her but disconnected immediately without speaking his messages were also not containing bad words or anything and he gave his identity . Does this amount to mental harrasment
