Vivekananda Law School Moot Court Society, Advocate’s Legion is organizing its flagship event, the 2nd Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies International Moot Court Competition, 2014 from 7th to 9th November 2014 in Delhi.

The registration is restricted to first 30 teams strictly on First Come First Serve basis

7th July, 2014: Release of Moot Problem

31st August, 2014: Last date for Registration of Teams and Team Details

2nd September, 2014: Last day for allotment of codes for participating teams.

15th September, 2014: Last day to apply for Clarifications regarding the Case (11:59 P.M. IST).

15th October, 2014: Last day for submitting the soft copy of the Written Submission (11:59 P.M. IST).

20th October, 2014: Last day for submitting the hard copy of the Written Submission (11:59 P.M. IST).

28th October, 2014: Draw of Lots for Preliminary Rounds & Opponents Submissions to be mailed to the participating teams.

7th November 2014: Inaugural Ceremony.

8th November 2014: Preliminary Rounds and Quarter-final Rounds.

9th November 2014: Semi-final Rounds and Final Round.

10th November 2014: Trip to Taj Mahal

Prizes

1. Best Team shall be given an award and a cash prize of 25,000 INR.

2. Runner-Up Team shall be given an award and a cash prize of 15,000 INR.

3. Best Memorial shall be given an award and Cash Prize of 10,000 INR.

4. Best Speaker shall be an given award and Cash Prize of 10,000 INR.

Instructions to Participating Colleges

The Competition is open to all law schools across India and abroad. You are invited to send a team of three members, including two speakers and one researcher. Each institution can send only one team for representation. Kindly direct all mails to (internationalmoot[at-the-rate-of]vips[dot]edu
