breach of contract
hi i joined a company as graduate engineering trainee after one year they gave me a probationary order for six months as a assiant engineer but after 6 months they
did not give me a confirmation order. During this 6 months of probation they made me to sign a bond for 3 years or get out of the company if i didnt sign it .so i signed
it before 2 days of going to italy for training for a period of 12days along with 3 of my senior collegues .The bond stated that after the training
i have to stay in the company for a period of 3 years if i break it i have to pay a sum of 2 lakhs .After the training i served the company for 1.3 years after which i have resigned the company
due to my medical condition ,i was not able to work in that hazardous enviroment any more my health went bad so i resigned it .Totaly i worked in this company for 2.6 years
and till now they havent given me a conformation order as an assistant engineer. They should have given my confirmation ONE year back but they did not .
Now after a month they sent me a lawyer notice which says that i have to pay 2 lacs for training cost and 2 lacs for breaking the bond total of 4 lacs.I did not claim any medical or LTA benifits from the company
during this 2.6 years period and also i was not given PL leave beacause i was in probation. Can this company take a legal action against me
During that 12 days in italy i wasnt given any training i was only helping my senior in checking whether the machine was according to the purchase order before errection in india
we were doing only work … PLZ advice me if they can take legal action against me what should i do.

two parties must agree to terms. if you have done your part of the contract and completed it then they also should follow their part of the contract. if you feel they have breached a contract then you should make this known.
