Respected Sir/Madam.My father passed away this year, he owned a land and we, his family have decided to share the land among ourselves. My father was married to my mother and also her sister. so me, my sister and my two half brothers along with our mothers have decided to share the land. so we need to know which deed we must prepare ? whether settlement deed or partition deed, and after we prepare the deed, to make it valid where we must register it?. please provide a detailed information Sir. where and how to get it done.
