Hello professionals.

We are four brothers.

We live in bunglow which has flat system. Two brothers on ground floor and other two on first floor. And terrace is on second floor.

Ground floor has one huge basement.

So legally..possession of terrace and basement should be done in which way?

First option is brothers living on first floor would take terrace and brothers living on ground floor would take the basement? Second option is four sections of basement and terrace?

Please guide me which is correct legally?
