My father is 3 brothers.My father is a general physician in azamgarh.My both uncles live in varanasi.we have joint family.my elder uncle was manager of the family from day of my grandfather who expired in 1993.In firm named ajay engineering company and yadav machinery stoes both of my uncles are partner for 50% each.in another firm mico my elder brother and two of my cousins are partner for 33% each.my cousins are misceants and both have liscenced pistol.my younger uncle has 1 daughter and my brother has 2 daughter.both live togather.now my elder uncle and both of his sons are grabbing whole business.yadav machinery has been shut down ajay engineering is in hand of one of my cousin and mico in other cousin’s hand.they are looting it like anything and lavishly spending money while my brother n younger uncle sobbing for getting nothing.what is wayout? How can we get out right and possission? How can we get stay order as they are making solo property from joint capital?
