I have filed suit for evacuation in mumbai city civil court. Defendants have filed WS.

I have few queries.

1) Should I file Rejoinders? What are other docs submitted along with this rejoinder like any affidavit in rejoinder to reply

2) what is time limit to file rejoinder?

3) There are 2 defendants. Have I to file one for each or one for both?

4) I have one judgement from Bombay HC to prove my case of jurisdication. Can I cite this judgement in the Rejoinder, Citation is permitted at this stage or only after issues are framed?
