I appeared for CLAT 2014. As per the notification about the break-up-seats,I being General candidate was selected under Dependant of Freedom Fighter(DFF) category.My merit according to the result was 3102 with 107.75/200 marks.and DFF merit was 3rd Rank.Though there are no seats reserved for MP domicile students,then also I was alloted HNLU,Raipur,where 2 seats are reserved only for CG domicile students.I called them and mailed them to ask as under what category I am selected ? no reply of the emails.I called HNLU to ask that I am from MP and On what date I have to come for counseling to which they said on 30/6/14.And on 30/6/14 morning I got a call from CLAT office at 9:15 P.M. saying you haven’t been alloted any NLU and don’t go the alloted university.Both universities were blaming each other.I have filled the case in MP High court,jabalpur.My lawyer,doesn’t see much chances of winning the case.I need help as to what much I can do to make the case strong.
