sir,
we have a property around 1.28acer by parcha. and the owner is 4 persons but they are not my blood related. some years ago we are done a mutual patition plan,thatwise we are enjoying own own portion. but that plan are not sing all partner. now we are want to devlop our land but they are disturb us. now how we can devlop our plot.
