owner filed eviction suit

my owner has filed a suit for eviction stating that his married daughter and son in law want to use for office purpose. I am staying in small 2 bhk house, but this is a residential area. the actual reason is he never attended any repair or proper maintenance ( I have proof), if asked then vacate the house. he never given us rental receipt for my income tax exemption. what to do and how to defend the case.

Dear,

Generally he has the right to have file eviction suit, but if your case falls under the Delhi Rent Control Act, then he would have to prove the grounds and then only he could be given eviction order by the court.
