i broght new flat (reseller property) from my aunt.. and all sale deed registration done. but my aunt wana continue her stay for a long period… i was yet to change of name of electricity bill, property tax bill.as still it is on her name only…
when n then i ask her she wana more time , and reluctant to vacate…so please suggest does it impact me in future for my property occupancy…kindly suggest and what law procets

I think you better get the things like electricity bill, mutation and every other bill in your name, still if your aunty wanted to stay let her stay, but as a matter of precaution you can ask her to provide some space as you want some stuff like your cloths and other things kept in the house and do visit her once in week to make sure things are right and in order. Else there is no law which says that possession has a good ground against the true owner.
