we had a ancestory property in which my father had 50 cents with house, his brother had 80 cents of rubber plantation. After some years my father’s brother given this 80 cent rubber plantation in my name. the documents are in all in my name only. need to know whether i can sell this property or should I take the concerned signature of my father brothers and sisters. my father family is 4 brothers ( 2 brothers including my father died) and three sisters. also note the land was divided only among 4 brothers not to sisters. please advice
