My Grand parents purchased a land long before. Due to carelssnes, the people who sold the land to us (grand parents), acquired again. With the help of police, we acquired the land again.

There is stay on the land. those people are not allowing us to reach the property.

The case was going on in the lowercourt. The court said, due to stay over land, no decision can be pssed.

I Believe the road to land, the right to access the land is right of purchaser.

What shall we do?

The sorry state is the land is not approved by development authority
