Dear Sirs,

Coming direct to my case I would like to state that my father when he was young given a responsibility of taking care of his uncles(who had no issues unfortunately) property in various names of his relatives including my real grand father . The properties were taken care by my father since then. There were some loan which were to be paid so some of the properties were sold to resolve the loan. All the relatives whose names the pattas were allotted were busy in making their carrier all these times. My father was left alone on his own without any source of income except the land which he use to cultivate and feed us. At the time of my sisters marriage my father disposed some more properties for finances . For our survival (me and siblings) my Parents did managed somehow to grow us up with meagre savings and help of my maternal uncle. Now we have grown up and my father has turned to be 74 years old. My uncles and relatives in whose names the pattas were allotted now have an eye or they are asking for there properties for which they never cared or bothered at all till now. When they have retired from thir jobs my uncles have an eye on the property and are asking their share .

Kindly let me know how can we be relieved legally.

regards
