Sir,

I have purchased one house in the year 1980 in my mother’s name from my part time income during the Higher school and college going days. Father expired. Due to office work I was away from my mother, paying amount for monthly expenses and remitting tax for the purchased property. I have one brother and 4 elder sisters. Brother was Mentally retarded. During 2004 mother has registered a settlement stating that the rental income from the property is to be enjoyed by my brother till his lifeterm period and after his lifeterm the property is to be shared by 4 daughters besides declaring that even she canno change or cancel this settlement. Recently I came to know that suppressing all these settlement facts and my existence, she sold out the property one portion to third party and another portion to her grand-daughter leaving nil income provision to my mentally retarted brother and not even informing me. What is the remedy for me ? Whether I could get back the property for the livelihood of my brother since the property is purchased from my income and my mother has no income(housewife) and father no huge income to purchase property. I could prove that father has sold out various properties for performing marriages to my sisters since he has no icome to that extent. What I could do? Kindly advice Sir emailid-nrsbabu2002 @yahoo.co.in
