I have rented out four commercial shops since 2005 , for the agreement with the tenants we have entered in stamp paper notarized agreement .

I have just renewed the agreements of 3 shops , however this time around i am planning to get it registered at registrar office for additional safety .

Kindly advise me on the same and procedure to do it legally . MY notary lawyer insists it is not necessary
