Dear Team

There is a propety of 8 marla in village khujala neat city batala disst gurdaspur in punjab and that property belongs to my grand father which he have hand ovet to a care taker after shifting his bussiness to asam but after his natural death the care taker has occupied the property without any legal papers because my father is settle in different city and all other family members dont cares about that property no one take action agaisnt him but now i want to take action against that care taker but he is also died and his son is using that property so kindly suggest what can we do in this case?
