My friend is the sole heir of a property, a residential house, built by her grandfather during 1930’s. Her grandfather had four children— three daughters and a son (my friend’s father). When her parents (she is their only child) got married in 1980’s, both her grandparents and one of her aunt had passed away. This aunt was the only sister who had married, but died a premature death without having either a biological or an adopted child.My friend’s father and her other two spinster aunts died subsequently.
