My Grand father (father’s father) purchased a land in my uncles’ name which is from common funds of joint family income. At that time my father was a minor. He has been requesting his brother to share the property. After my Grand father’s death, my uncle is selling this land. I would like to know the following :

1. Being a grand daughter do I have any remedy, I am just 18 years now.

2. Our uncle should have purchased my father’s rights in this property is it not.

3. Uncle did not have any source of income to purchase the land which was purchased 50 years ago.
