myself shiv and me from himachal pradesh, i am running shope in village 1km aways from city,i am running this shop since 2003,now my shop lord disturbing me for for hike in shop rent this is hipe of 50% of present rent,actually i am paying 2500/- and now he has order me to pay 3600 from jan 2014,there is no any written agrement when we hire the shop…mean no any agreement with him… plz guide me what should i do ..i got this information through sms…plz help me
