Hi, My Dad is planning to sell his land which is in his own name without mine, My Mom’s, MY sister’s & her Husbands consent. We are against selling this property. He is 76 Yrs of age now & This is not an inherited land. he has brought it 15 years before, so Can we block him selling this land anyways through law.
