good morning

I have rented my 50 sq yd two room set in aug 2012.

after two month giving me rent my tenant gone in court and asking my landlord is forcing to vacant the premises and our rent is only 1200/ and we have given rs. 1 lac as deposit.

but the truth is that their rent is 7000/ and they hace given only 15000/- as deposit.

In court after 4-5 dates they admit that rent is 5700 and their case is dismissed and the case we have filed Our advocate is going for 15-5 application imn next date can u suggest How much time it take in court for all this & he will vacat the premises he is not giving light or water bill yet.
