Dear Sir,

We have been married for 23 years now and my husband is having illicit relationship with another lady spending all the money on her and has lot of debts too.

To save myself and my children is there a provision when the property available is divided into four equal parts and be done with it.

I have one daughter and one son both are major.

If we continue there is possibility of he taking further loans and we may have to sell the property to repay the loans and be on streets.

Please help how to go about.
