So my dad recently sold a 3400sq.ft flat to a guy at a rate fixed b/w them payment threshold was 3 months and it’s already 5 months now ,he has given only 10% amount yet and his cheques also bounced twice. So we proposed him that either take his money back and return the partial documents and key, or complete the payment asap.

He refuses both and also recently he bought 5persons along with him started a quarrel and gave us an ultimatum to give more time and rest of the papers too. He has quite powerful background so we are afraid and confused what to do. Any help here people?? Filing a notice in court may help but there’s risk involved..it will take time and he has great lawyers who can turn the matter in his favour. What should we do?
