Dear All,

I was stopped for drink and drive and tested positive on breathalyzer 0.053 mg. The traffic cop took my driving license against notice issued and asked me to deposit Rs. 5000/- and appear before magistrates court. I appeared before the magistrate, pleaded not guilty and was asked to deposit further Rs. 5000/- and next date is 15th May. My lawyer will apply for getting my license back after some days as she is out of town. My question is till the time i get my DL back, can I drive on the acknowledgement issued by the traffic cop in lieu of the driving license?
