termination from bank service basis ; voluntary vacation due to 90 days absence

my services were terminated from bank due to 90 days absence on unsanctioned leave deeming it to be voluntary vacation..now will it make me in eligible for any other govt job..however the bank has provided me with good character certificate and satisfactory conduct certificate during service..

It is not clear whether your employer was a PSB or private bank. If it is a PSB then your service can be terminated after following the procedures laid down in Officers Service Regulation 1980/82, as the case may be. If it has not been followed then approach theHigh Court for remedies.
