Hi,

As I studied during my schooling as each and every person is equal and should not be discriminate with respect to Race, Caste, creed,Religion etc. But in our current system why the Government which need to protect the Law given by Indian Constitution is not following the given Fundamental right. Why I raised this issue because, In India where ever you go to any Govt organisation or any Govt Institution the form issued by them contains a field with Caste, religion etc. Why come Govt itself is trying to discriminate from person to person.please clarify this doubt
