Dear Sir/Madam,

We would like take legal help regarding in this case, i belong to very poor family, case details are given below :

1. In neighbor of my home a girl who was my normal my friend, we know by childhood, we generally meet to each other near of home. One day she told me that she wants to marry with me, i told her that it’s not possible for me, than she went to police station & file case for rape.she was examined by medical but report yet to received.She cont. says that if i marry with her than she will take her charges. She is adult.

The case was filed in May-2013, i was judicial custody, end of the year i was conditional bail due to my mother heart operation, i don;t know why she such kind of allegation on me.

i need some your legal help, please help me.
