I was working with unregistered consultancy in noida from dec 2013. I went office on 31 Mar but in eve i met with accident and was on medical leave for 15 days. My salary date is 7 of April. I called my employer but he refused to give me. I submitted my medical to him too on 3 April but he didnt replied on that too..

I want my salary as this is very important to me.

Kindly advice me what to do
