Hi!

Kindly guide me about I have one pending Crl. Writ Petition before the Hon’ble High Court, 4 months have about to gone but I have not gotten any +ve order, neither got interim relief nor chamber meeting which I filed to meet the Hon’ble Judge in chamber. Even the notices have not been issued to the respondents. Please guide me what should I do after the next date which are coming after a couple of days. Should I proceed before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India with SLP or Final Application?
