my father has illegal relationship with a woman
how can I stop him from transferring our property to that women n her children
how can we transfer the property to me n my brother

What do you exactly mean by “our property”. If you are the sole owner of the property, your father cannot transfer it. If he is the sole owner, you cannot stop him. If you and your father are joint owners, you cannot stop him from parting with his interest in the property (with some exceptions).
our property means ancestral property and my fathers own earned property. n my mom n father have not divorced yet.
